New Cardio Boxing Tue/Thurs

Check out our new cardio boxing classes on Tues/Thurs at 6pm. We'll get your heart rate up and you'll get a high calorie burning workout. It's a great compliment to our current bootcamp classes. You can mix and match between bootcamp & cardio boxing. See you out there!
