TEACHER TAKES BOOTCAMP TO SCHOOL- "After being with Ultrafit for my 2nd session, I realized that the same exercises would be great for my grade 5 students. When I told them what I was doing for exercise they were excited to give them a try. It's the first time in my teaching career I've heard cheers go up for pushups and situps. The monkey jumps are a favourite. Now that we are hooked on Boot Camp it will be a regular part of our P.E. program.

Ultrafit was recommended to me by a colleague who had been attending sessions for more than a year. I was looking for a program that would focus on all around fitness and not just cardio. I have now been a member for 18 months and the results have been tremendous. The focus on core, cardio and strength is simple and straightforward and the results are obvious within a short time. The instructors are extremely well-organized and informed and create an atmosphere that is always positive and encouraging and the program suits all fitness levels. | I relocated to Vancouver and decided to take advantage of the great outdoors. As I have always but family and professional career first, I decided it was time to focus on my personal health and fitness. Ultrafit Bootcamp has consistently been part of my schedule for the past year, rain or shine. I have seen tremendous improvements on my cardio endurance and core strength. I have done a few races of more than 8K, which I never thought I could do before Bootcamp and inspired friends to get back to shape! I feel like a great role model for my kids! The trainers and other bootcampers are respectful of everyone’s level and are so encouraging.
