TEACHER TAKES BOOTCAMP TO SCHOOL- "After being
with Ultrafit for my 2nd session, I realized that the same exercises
would be great for my grade 5 students. When I told them what I
was doing for exercise they were excited to give them a try. It's
the first time in my teaching career I've heard cheers go up for
pushups and situps. The monkey jumps are a favourite. Now that we
are hooked on Boot Camp it will be a regular part of our P.E. program.
