Mitchell Bourne
Mitchell comes from a competitive swimming background and participates in many other sports, including soccer, mountain biking, ultimate, snowboarding & golf. He is wrapping up his final semester at UBC towards a degree in Kinesiology and aspires to become a physiotherapist. He plans to always be involved with health and fitness at all different levels, as he finds assisting people to challenge themselves and achieve their goals while having fun, is a profoundly fruitful experience. |

Meghan Burrows
Meghan is a trainer that originated from a rounded athletic background and has shifted into strength and conditioning. For the past two years she has focused on nutrition and varied styles of training including olympic weightlifting, crossfit and short distance races. Meghan is committed to building confidence in all her clients both in their fitness and personal goals. She believes in achieving a balanced lifestyle through exercise, meditation and nutrition. Meghan aspires to be a rehabilitation therapist and aims to provide a challenging experience for all fitness levels in her classes. “You are only confined by the walls you build yourself."
