Swapping the London smog for the blue skies of Vancouver in 2011, Jenny fell in love with the active life and amazing fitness opportunities the city offers. As a Personal Trainer, she finds great satisfaction in working with individuals as well as smaller groups, providing motivation and guidance throughout the workout.

Her own fitness goals over the last year have been related to running, as well as lifting, pushing and pulling weights, in order to create a functional and strong foundation for her body. She believes in working hard, pushing outside the comfort zone and breaking a sweat, all whilst having fun to reach those fitness goals!

Gillian’s passion for being active and constantly in motion started with a love for dance. She preformed and trained professionally as a ballerina for most of her life before moving to Vancouver to study Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. After graduating this year, Gillian will be pursuing a Master’s of Physical Therapy in the fall. Gillian loves to motivate people to find enjoyment and fun in their workouts and loves finding creative new ways to challenge people in reaching their fitness goals.

Mitchell comes from a competitive swimming background and participates in many other sports, including soccer, mountain biking, ultimate, snowboarding & golf. He is wrapping up his final semester at UBC towards a degree in Kinesiology and aspires to become a physiotherapist. He plans to always be involved with health and fitness at all different levels, as he finds assisting people to challenge themselves and achieve their goals while having fun, is a profoundly fruitful experience.
