She loves to draw on her extensive athletic background to lead classes that are energetic, challenging and fun. Jocelyn is an avid group fitness enthusiast, who teaches fitness classes as a way to share her enthusiasm and positive energy with others. She has taught classes in Yellowknife, Victoria, and now Vancouver. She is excited about all of the wonderful locations Vancouver has to offer for bootcamp! She is an inclusive instructor, offering variations and options for all fitness levels.

Mitchell comes from a competitive swimming background and participates in many other sports, including soccer, mountain biking, ultimate, snowboarding & golf. He is wrapping up his final semester at UBC towards a degree in Kinesiology and aspires to become a physiotherapist. He plans to always be involved with health and fitness at all different levels, as he finds assisting people to challenge themselves and achieve their goals while having fun, is a profoundly fruitful experience.
