Deea has been involved with sports her whole life and has competed in martial arts, track & field, swimming and horseback riding. She loves to draw on her extensive athletic background to lead classes that are energetic, challenging and fun. Marisa is an avid runner and loves encouraging others to live a healthy and active lifestyle, while having fun at the same time. She has a positive and supportive approach to her training and enjoys working with all levels ensuring everyone is getting a great workout. Swapping the London smog for the blue skies of Vancouver in 2011, Jenny fell in love with the active life and amazing fitness opportunities the city offers. As a Personal Trainer, she finds great satisfaction in working with individuals as well as smaller groups, providing motivation and guidance throughout the workout.
Her own fitness goals over the last year have been related to running, as well as lifting, pushing and pulling weights, in order to create a functional and strong foundation for her body. She believes in working hard, pushing outside the comfort zone and breaking a sweat, all whilst having fun to reach those fitness goals!
Jeanelle recently moved to beautiful Vancouver to escape the cold winters of Calgary and pursue her passion in fitness. She loves running and motivating others to lead healthy, balanced, active lives. There is nothing she enjoys more than helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Gillian’s passion for being active and constantly in motion started with a love for dance. She preformed and trained professionally as a ballerina for most of her life before moving to Vancouver to study Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. After graduating this year, Gillian will be pursuing a Master’s of Physical Therapy in the fall. Gillian loves to motivate people to find enjoyment and fun in their workouts and loves finding creative new ways to challenge people in reaching their fitness goals.
